Developmental Program
DOVE will be sponsoring a Developmental Program for 3rd-7th graders. We are proud to announce that Erin Hensler will be the Program Director. Coach Hensler is currently the head coach at Northern Durham High School. This program will provide an opportunity to learn volleyball fundamentals in a safe and fun environment. The season will run from November 29 - March 6th and will focus on skill development. Gym sessions will occur once a week on Saturday or Sunday and will inclulde drills, skills, and game like situations. There will be an end of season tournament either inter-club or with another developmental program. The cost of the season is $200.
Registration is now open on a first come bases. Space is limited to 32 participants! Please email the player's name, parent's name, address, home phone number, cell phone number, player's birthdate and grade level to dovevolleyball@hotmail.com. We will send an email to confirm enrollment into the program.
There will be a parent's meeting before the first practice on Novembe 29 at Norhern High School. The Parents' Meeting will be from 3:30-4:00 and practice from 4:00-6:00, a 50% deposit, $100 is due at this meeting. You are more than welcome to stay and watch practice or after the Parents' Meeting you can leave and pick you child up at 6:00.
